Bookings
Advance Booking Limit: Bookings can be made up to 3 months in advance. We do not accept bookings beyond this period.
Minimum Notice Required: All bookings must be made at least 6 hours prior to the requested pick-up time.
Short-Notice Bookings: If your pick-up time is less than 6 hours away, automatic pricing and booking through our system will not be available. Please contact our team directly for assistance with last-minute requests.

Cancellation and Refunds
If your plans change, you can cancel your booking 48 hours prior to your pickup time and you will be eligible to refund. Deduction of 10% charges and fees are applied in all refunds.
No refunds are done, if you want to cancel your ride less than 48 hours of your pickup time or at no show ups.
